Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information regarding your booking:

1. When you make a booking with us, a confirmation email will be sent immediately, please check
   the booking date and time, if it is incorrect, please contact us ASAP.
2. Please read our cancellation policy in case you would like to change your booking.
3. Please arrive 15mins before your scheduled start time for instructions.
4. You are welcome to bring extra people on the day as long as you don’t exceed the maximum for
   the room (6 people), you can pay the difference by cash, debit or credit card at the time of your
   appointment.

Cancellation Policy
No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no show, however teams can
reschedule their booking time if more than 24 hours’ notice is provided. We can be contacted on

If you are unsure how many people you are going to bring, we recommend you book and pay for
the minimum 2 players (3 players on Sunday, 4 on public holidays) as bookings are non-
refundable, then you can pay the balance on arrival by cash or card.

Please note: If you are more than 10 minutes late, this may affect the length of your game as we
may have a group booked in the room after you. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be
declined if the team is 30 minutes or more late. In such a situation the money is not refundable
and the booking is not changeable.

Waiver
Every team member is required to sign a waiver on arrival which includes the following:

1. You recognise that there are certain risks associated with the interactive activities organised by Narrow Escape Rooms. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injuries and/or psychological harm caused by involvement in a stressful environment that may require some
   physical exertion. I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury I may sustain in connection with participation in such activities, and I release and discharge Narrow Escape Rooms and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability for any injuries I may sustain.
2. You agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Narrow Escape Rooms caused by my
   negligent, reckless, or willful conduct.
3. You agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and to follow any oral instructions
   or directions given by Narrow Escape Rooms or its employees, representatives or agents.
4. You are not under the influence of alcohol or on non-prescribed drugs and understand that I
   may be refused entry, without refund, if I am abusive in any way towards other participants or
   employees of Narrow Escape Rooms
5. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused
   portion of the Voucher.

   completed at any time prior to, or on your arrival. Please ensure you pick the correct game, date
   and time of your booking.
