How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
How do I choose which game can the gift voucher can be used on?
Gift Vouchers can be used on any Narrow Escape Rooms game. If the total amount of the game is larger than price of the gift voucher, the balance can be paid via credit card at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
What if they want to bring more players?
The value of the gift card is removed from the total balance. If the total amount of the game is larger than price of the gift voucher, the balance can be paid via credit card at the time of booking.

How do I purchase a gift voucher?
To purchase a gift voucher:
- Scroll up to the Gift Voucher purchase section above.
- Select the dollar amount you wish to spend from the drop down list.
- Select how many vouchers you would like at that amount.
- Enter your details (as the purchaser).
- Enter your payment details.
- Read the terms and conditions and confirm your purchase.
You will receive an email which will allow you to customise your voucher and print or email it to the lucky receiver.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
To use the voucher, the receiver simply enters the voucher code on the payment page when booking and the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase.
Can I use more than 1 voucher?
Yes, simply enter each voucher code in when booking your session.
