Me and my family did the ‘Launch’ escape room, which was incredibly fun. It was very well thought out and engaging without being overly difficult, and Aidan who helped us out was very well timed with clues! All round amazing experience, would come back again
I did the Inheritance room with my sister at Narrow Escape Rooms and had the best time! Lots of puzzles to solve, we only just made it out in time! Andre was a great host - friendly and knew when we really needed a clue. Make sure you book in advance. We went on a Sunday and it was easy to find parking on the street. Escape rooms are lots of fun and the Inheritance room was fantastic!
Dani was our game master and she was so accommodating! Really patient with us and made the experience really enjoyable. Would recommend trying it at least once 10/10
We had a great time doing UNDETECTED. This ended up being one of our favourite escape rooms ever, was very well designed and built. Aidan was a superb great host and was kind enough to take some photos for us afterwards and discuss the room and its history and ideas behind it.
What a great experience, admittedly I have only been to a few different rooms but this was a really good immersive experience. Tahlia (apologies if I spelt that wrong) was fantastic got right into the role and took the part of agent red well within her stride. They were very helpful, relaxed and confident when talking us through the rules and intricacies, would definitely recommend only thing was i didnt notice a lift (i didnt look very hard) but took me a while to get up the stairs as I need a walking stick but had plenty of time and a sturdy rail to rest and keep going.
It was our whole groups first time doing an escape room and we had a blast! Dayna was a fabulous host from the moment we arrived and made the experience such that we will definitely be back to do the other rooms. We took on Undetected for our first experience and got out with 5 seconds to spare. Thanks for a wonderful memory Narrow!

Took my kids and their friends. We did "Launch" Jacinta our game master was great 👍 It was our first time and had a great time. Definitely will go back for other games!
The game was lots of fun with a good level of challenge. Jacinta was really helpful and supportive during game play. We played as a family of 4 and will definitely come back to play again.
We did Undetected and The Inheritance and they were both brilliant! Our GM Danni was fantastic and showed us a wonderful time. We will definitely be back for Launch and their new room!

Came in for my son's birthday as he'd wanted to do an escape room for a while, this was our first but definitely won't be our last. Just hard enough to be a challenge however still managed to complete it (with a few tips)

The room was awesome, challenging enough but still able to be completed within the time frame. Hayden was awesome, really getting into character and helping where needed!
The Inheritance escape room is amazing! So fun and managed to just escape without any hints. Our gamemaster Jacinta was amazing and gave us a really good debrief afterwards. Definitely recommend!
This was my first ever escape room and I had so much fun. The way everything was set up was so cool and the staff were also really friendly and explained things well.
First time playing an escape room, tonnes of fun. The host Jacinta was great, polite and informative. Played inheritance, finished with 25 seconds remaining, some clues needed. Definitely worth a future revisit for the other rooms.

So awesome! Tahlia was our game master and she did a really good job, she was funny as the agent and she was as good with the clues. We’ve done two of their games now just have 1 to go. Definitely recommend for a date or to do with family!

Our game master Danni let us solve the puzzles without stepping in to much which honestly was much better then having them reveal to us-so if your the boss reading this buy her a PS5🫶 she deserves it!
We did the Inheritance, which was a fun puzzle to find out dead aunt’s will. We did go overtime but just by a bit 😀

I played the escape room Launch and it was a really fun game, I had Jacinta as my guide and she is a very wonderful person and helped us with anything we needed!! She really put us in the mood for the game and I recommend for anyone who hasn’t played an escape room before
Been around the area for a long while and only when my friends and I were planning an outing did I find out about this place for the first time; but were glad to be doing an escape room with these guys!
We got to play the Inheritance room and it was a well-designed room that the puzzles given, whilst can be overwhelming, getting to untie the knot with your friends felt satisfying & rewarding to solve. It being labelled the most difficult room and being in a group of 4+ people, the room gave many moving parts which had each of us to contribute & solve to the best of our abilities that no person felt left out to dawdle around with nothing to do.
Massive shout out to Jacinta, the gamemaster we had for the afternoon! She was an amazing guide, thorough instructor, and a well-woven conductor for the experience; from introducing the room's narrative and being a pleasant adviser when we were stumped in needing hints whilst not giving too much away.

I’ve now done two of the rooms here. I accidentally booked the wrong day, they were super accommodating and allowed us to reschedule our booking for the day we showed up! Andre was extremely helpful when we got stuck and was overall a fantastic game master!
Had a blast completing the launch room. This was our first time at narrow escape rooms and we cant wait to come back! The themes and room displays were nicely done and our game master, Aiden, was friendly and professional throughout offering us the right amount of clues and encouragement. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I did the launch room and it was heaps of fun! Our host Jacinta made it very enjoyable. She was super friendly and gave us the extremely handy clues that we very much needed a couple times!
Update: Completed “Launch” with 2 people with 3 mins to spare. Really liked the range of puzzles and flow of the gameplay. It was a well-thought out room and had some fun references. The game master Andre was great and his hints were more directing our attention to something rather than giving us any answers or explaining how to solve a puzzle. Really enjoyed the room and would recommend!
Original review: We played the “Undetected” room with 4 people. It was sci-fi themed and had a lot of creative puzzles. We had a lot of fun figuring them out! The game was a little short as we got out in just under 45 minutes, it would have been nice if there were a few more puzzles to solve, though we had done around 10 other escape rooms before so it may take longer for other groups.
Dayna was a great game master and explained the rules and the story very well.
Found the escape room online and really enjoyed our experience. Did the launch game and all kids enjoyed it. Team work is key! We beat all the codes within seconds of time running out, what a thrill to work under pressure! Great instructions always help. Thank you Jacinta and team!
Did the Inheritance room. With a 30 something percent success rate was ready for a challenge (and slightly worried we would fail) but the puzzles flowed well together and we smashed it. Really clever mechanisms and multiple puzzles being able to be completed at the same time allowed us to divide and conquer then come together for others.
Andre was an amazing game master. Really knows his stuff and is very passionate about the rooms and puzzles / games overall.

Went here to do undetectable for my dads birthday and it was loads of fun! Tahlia, our game master, was great in immersing us in the storyline of the room and giving us clever hints when asked.
I took my 8 year old daughter here for her first ever escape room, and we had an absolute blast playing the Undetected room. Dayna did an amazing job as our game master, and made it a super fun and memorable experience for my daughter (which is great for me, as I’m sure to have a very willing escape room buddy from now on). The room itself was brilliant too, you can really tell that it has been put together by people who love escape rooms (and sci fi movies :)). Easily rates up there amongst the best rooms in Sydney, and I’ll be keen to come back and give the other rooms a go.
Brilliant time! Andre was a fantastic game leader and the hidden clues were a lot of fun. Just squeaked in the escape with under to minutes remaining. So much fun!
The puzzles were fun and challenging. We had a group of six which was 2 too many for the rooms. My husband and I had done an escape room before so we were happy to sit back and watch the others try and work it out. We would def go back there again but only in a group of 4.

Did the Inheritance escape room recommended for 4 people but did it with myself and 1 other and to my surprise, completed the room ( going over time by 5 minutes but still ). The puzzles were difficult but we got there only asking for 1 clue only. The puzzles were difficult but great to solve and we had a great ton of fun exploring and the host was super lovely, welcoming and wonderfully helpful and very good at explaining everything we needed to know clearly and was overall a wonderful help and warm personality. Would recommend 10/10 and would love to come back again. Please promote the lady on host, she was awesomeeee.

Yesterday I accompanied my niece for her 10th birthday party. Wow! What an experience. The host was kind, engaging and very supportive when it came to a younger age group. Guiding them as needed but ensuring they still had to solve the clues themselves. The excitement that they felt as they got through each door and accomplishing tasks. It was a fantastic experience. Still very challenging as an adult. Can't wait to go back!
This was lots of fun! I've done a couple of escape rooms in the past, and the room my group and I played in (Launch) was great as well. I loved that we got unlimited hints, and Dayna's hints were very helpful.
Had a great time at the inheritance room with our game master Andre! He was quite funny while introducing us to the rules and the room and during the room we needed a hint but he gave it in a subtle way that guided us and didn’t give anything away too obviously.
The room was fun and a little silly in a way. I have done a lot of escape rooms before so I found this room wasn’t super super hard, but still provided a good challenge and problem solving.
This was fun! We did the 'Undetected' room, which was a good theme with lots of science/tech pop culture references. The puzzles were just hard enough that it made us think, but not too hard that we lost interest. Staff were friendly and supportive.

Inheritance room is a multi linear room with a range of puzzles. Super fun and interactive with varying difficulties of puzzles. They offer some unique room experiences. We were taken care of by Gamesmaster Andre who explained the room very well. (Group of 5 with mixed levels of experience).

I had such an awesome experience today inside of the launch escape room. Andre made the experience enjoyable and helped us along the way when we were completely stumped. We will be booking in again for the undetected room.
Undetected was a heap of fun. Nice logical puzzles but plenty of whimsy and Easter eggs too - and some genius adaptive difficulty to make it fun for all groups. These guys know what they're doing and they do it well.
I came back for my birthday and did both launch and undetected, had such an amazing time and both Aidan and Hayden were amazing and so informative, if you guys had more rooms I'll definitely come back
Undetected was brilliantly themed, a few geek Easter eggs too! Each puzzle was different so it didn’t at all seem repetitive and some of the high tech ones were awesome! Thank you Jacinta for adding to the theme and giving us a small push in the right direction when we got stuck.

We were able to save the world while indistinguishably yelling and singing Hamilton for 55 minutes straight while wishing death on the French and our game master hadden was amazing
Was an incredible experience, our game master Hayden went along with our jokes and put up with our bull, as four teenage's we sang, yelled and cried at each other didn't understand Morse code and dressed up as army men, we painstakingly sang Hamilton and Hayden joined in. After yelling about bombing the French when we got out at 6 mins left, an amazing experience can't wait to do it again. Thanks hayden for a amazing experience!!

All though just the 2 of us me and my wife had a great time doing Inheritance, it was my wifes 2nd but my 1st time so i really wasnt sure where to start, and although challenging and a fair few clues were given we really enjoyed the puzzles! 100% will be back to do the other 2
Had a great experience this past Saturday. I believe we did the Launch escape room. Danni who explained the process for us as first timers was clear, concise and very warm and welcoming. The puzzles were great and really made you think. We had 6 people in our group and each person was able to play a part to finish the job as there were plenty of clues/puzzles to solve to keep you engaged for the entire time you’re in there. The effort put in by the owners to really submerse you into the escape room is outstanding. 5 Stars
Undetected was a great room that made you think but satisfying to solve. Andre was also a great and very enthusiastic GM that made the experience even better.

Never completed an escape room previously and immediately upon arrival Dani was welcoming & explained the process thoroughly. But, my god, what a mind f&&k of a game. Got there in the end with almost 13 minutes to spare & no hints. Thank you Dani again, you were great!
Had an absolute blast at narrow escape! My family and I did the launch room to warm up then we did inheritance as a challenge. We needed a couple of hints during launch but we had found our feet once we were up to inheritance. Danni was such a good game master and really enhanced our experience! Would definitely recommend.
We had such a great day, we had kids from 7-14 in age and all had a ball. Dayna was just awesome, her set up of the Undetected room as ‘Red’ & her fun nature really set the tone for such a great experience. We will be back for sure!
We had so much fun doing Inheritance at Narrow Escape Rooms. Challenging puzzles, a mix of different types and it was perfect for a family of 5 to work in as a team. Jacinta was a fantastic games master and gave us a great breakdown of how we did.

I've been wanting to go to Narrow Escape Rooms for months! We finally came in to play 'Undetected' and had an unforgettable experience! Our Game Master Andre, gently guided us when we were too stubborn to ask for clues - he must have have been relieved when we finally got our act together 🙂

Our group did the Undetected escape room and it was lots of fun! Andre was an excellent game master and made our day really enjoyable! The room wasn’t super overly difficult but it also wasn’t too easy. If you’re looking for something fun to do with mates I would totally recommend!

Hadn't done an escape room for a number of years. Came here for a birthday celebration and what a lot of fun we had. Jacinta was our mission boss and was great in giving us the brief before we started our mission. This was a whole lot of fun and the team are already wanting to come back and do another one. We did the inheritance. Fun room. Has a bit more of a home made feel than others, but better puzzles and stories than some more commercial rooms. The games master Jo maybe Jake) was friendly and the one hint he gave didn’t give the puzzle away but pushed us in the right direction. Recommend!
Probably the best escape rooms I've been to! We did Launch and it was challenging enough to pick our brains but not impossible, all of my teammates including beginners and veterans to escape rooms loved it. Jake was a great game master and orientated us so well which set us up for success. Would definitely do it again if I'm in the area!
Dani was an awesome game master and made sure our first escape room experience was a memorable one. We narrowly missed our one hr time limit but our mission was accomplished in 5 mins of extra time. Very clever game and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves… we’ll be back to try another room in the near future

Honestly an amazing escape room, super challenging but super doable. Can’t wait to go back again and do the other two puzzles. Hayden especially made it an amazing time as he explained everything so well, helped us whenever needed, and you can tell he is extremely passionate and really enjoys what he does, thus making the experience even better.
Great time even though we didn’t finish on time. Still had a lot of fun. Dani was really helpful when we asked for hints and made us feel welcome. She also appreciated our weird jokes.
Andrew was a great host, really enthusiastic and gave a great vibe before and after the session. The Launch room experience was awesome. Perfect balance between difficulty and fun!
We did the Undetected room and it was a decent amount of difficulty, not too hard but not easy either! Perfect for an Escape room. Our room master Hayden did an excellent job explaining the rules and answering our questions!
We went for my daughters birthday, we did end up getting hints along the way, good challenge, the staff are friendly & it was fun.. You don't realise how fast the time goes.. Will be going again.. Thank you!
The wife and I did Launch today. Our game master Jacinta was fantastic! She is extremely passionate about what she does and we all had a great talk afterwards about other experiences. Can't wait for another room by Narrow Escape Rooms as we've finished all 3 now. Feel really silly for the one clue we needed.. doh!

Had my first escape room experience on the weekend as part of kids birthday activities. While we narrowly exceeded the time limit, all 5 of us had a great time finding clues and solving the puzzles. Our host, Jacinta was exceptional and happy to answer any of our questions and offer hints, making for an overall fantastic experience. Very happy to come back sometime to try out one of the other rooms on offer.

This was our initial visit to Narrow Escape Rooms and our team was thoroughly impressed. Shelley was nothing short of amazing, welcoming us in and spending ample time chatting with us before and after completing The Inheritance. The room's design was exceptional. The flow was seamless and we encountered a variety of puzzles, some of which were entirely new to us, adding a refreshing twist to the experience.
First ever escape room, it was very fun. Did the undetected escape room, very cool, really made you think and solve puzzles. Can’t wait to come back! Had an amazing GM Danni! Really played the roll of Red greatly.
First experience in an escape room with my 10 year old daughter. So tricky but call out ‘Red’ and Danni was kind enough to move us along with a nifty clue. A fair few clues later we began to get the gist of things. We didn’t quite get there, an hour travels pretty fast and time got the better of us. Never mind though, we’ll be back.
The Launch room at Narrow Escape Rooms was a good introduction to escape rooms for me and my family (including kids aged 16 and 13). Andre was a great host and the puzzles weren’t too easy or too hard. We finished 9 mins within the hour limit with only one hint from Andre. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Would go back to try another room.

We (two adults and two teens) have now completed two of the escape rooms and both have been excellent. Both times we have had a great time and both Andre and Dayna were great hosts who explained the process so we were confident to launch right into saving the world from an alien invasion (Launch) and steal a groundbreaking piece of technology (Undetected). The rooms and the clues are really well thought out. Not too easy or too complicated. Would definitely recommend and plan on going back to do the final room.
Excellent fun, the undetected room was surprising technology, with great 80s, 90s and 00s memorabilia. We made it thru with no hints and 5 minutes spare, it was great!
Only a really special place can give you an extra 10 minutes and still make you feel like you did it in record time. Thank you so much guys, 9nly sad part is I can't do it again for the first time!
Came for a valentines date and had the best experience with amazing customer service from Jacinta. She was very polite and helped us get through the puzzles would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try !

The games were good fun and some of the puzzles were quite challenging. I would definitely recommend. Our Game Master Jacinta was super informative and sweet without giving too many obvious clues. Overall a great activity for a late night out in Penrith.
Amazing experience. We're definitely coming back again. We did the undetected escape room and our game master, Jacinta, gave us plenty of space to work out the puzzles on our own and helped us when we were stuck, even letting us finish the puzzle on our own when we went into overtime.
Jacinta ran our escape room of five and it was so much fun! We really didn't think we would make it out but with 2 clues we got there with a lot of screaming and arguments. Thank you!
The puzzles were satisfying to complete. I really like the variety of challenges having locks as well as different mechanical puzzles to unlock. We used a few clues and liked how the clues gave guidance yet sparked a thought of how to solve the problem instead of just giving the answer. We had Hayden as a host and never met someone so informative and passionate about being a game host. It really lifted the experience.
We did the Launch room on our boys buck's night and had an absolute blast! Jacinta was a great host and inflated our egos when we smashed our first room together! Definitely recommend!

We did the inheritance room and had so much fun! Staff are really helpful and explain everything very simply before you enter so you don’t waste time. We did it with only two people and came so close to finishing but staff were kind enough to give us extra time. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

Isabelle was our GM for the game which was Launch we did manage to escape and had lots of fun, she was great as GM. Shelly the owner, was our 2nd GM on the same day, for a challenge we did inheritance, which was difficult but we were given an extra 10mins to finish as we were really close, she was lovely and chatty. Danni was very helpful and also chatty too even if we didn't have her as a GM!
First time ever doing an escape room - party of 2 and we played the undetected room 5/5 - very interactive and challenging. Our game master Danni was the bees knees, friendly and explained everything clearly during introduction & clue giving - highly recommend
I had a great time doing the 'Launch' room with my family. It took lots of thinking power but not un manageable for our first ezcape room attempt. Gosh what a fantastic experience!! It was high energy, interactive and just a fun time! I went with my work colleagues for our Christmas party and I would do it again in an instant!! I had Jacinta as my groups room master and she was lovely, she was helpful, insightful, and very kind. Had a great time holding our work team building session today at narrow escape rooms. The booking process was very easy thanks to Shelley who was extremely helpful and accomodating. I had been thinking about taking going to the Narrow Escape Rooms with my boys but wasn't sure how they would go. I had the opportunity to go with a friend and our boys and it was amazing. They were really into solving the clues and it kept them occupied the whole time. It is a great way to teach team work and communication as this is necessary to solve the clues. The boys had a great time and we will definitely come back to try a different room. Thank you for an awesome experience.
I played undetected for my friend's birthday and had an absolute blast! Staff are all SO friendly and patient with our antics, and go above and beyond to explain what we did well and go through things we didn't all get. Loved the experience so much I even got a job here🤘 Best escape room out there and an excellent asset to penrith's entertainment

Honestly so much fun. Booking was simple and quick to do, the staff member that we had run us through the intro to Undetected was fantastic (Jessie really set the mood). The theme was lots of fun and the puzzles were the right amount of challenging and rewarding. One of the best escape rooms I have ever done. This is our 4th time attending Narrow Escape Rooms (I’ve done one room twice!). The Undetected room was great and did not disappoint. It was the only room we managed to escape within the hour. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with when booking. Our host Andre was wonderful and got in character really well. Highly recommend these escape rooms. They are great!

Having tried escape rooms in the city and Parramatta, we were highly impressed with Narrow Escape Rooms at Penrith. The quality of the design, the styling, the attention to detail and the technology made it one of the best escape rooms we have played. 'Inheritance' was challenging with lots of puzzles and interactive items, but also very fun and entertaining. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. Shout out to Hayden our Game Master for making our experience even better. We will definitely be back!
INCREDIBLE ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE. We did Undetected and Inheritance back-to-back. The production value of these rooms is phenomenal. We’ve done over a dozen escape rooms and this was by far the best.
Did Undetected Sunday night. The staff were simply awesome. The room was fun, despite being warned we did not search rooms properly lol. But we did make it out with 8 minutes to spare. Definitely recommend this place and keen to come back.
My husband and I did all 3 rooms at Narrow Escape. Each one had great puzzles and concepts which were challenging but enjoyable at the same time. I hope to see more rooms in the future and we will definitely be there to support.
Highly recommend. Shelley went above and beyond letting us check out the rooms and see if they were a good fit for the kids. We then arrived with 7 VERY excited, loud 14 year old boys. Staff were absolutely amazing and so patient with all the excess energy. Hayden was the game master and when the boys came out they all gave him a huge group hug. He made the night so much fun for them. We’ll definitely be coming back as the boys want to try the other rooms as well as us adults having a night out. Thanks for making my sons party incredible guys.

Played the undetected room, the room was pretty challenging and really fun! The staff were great and gave us clue at the perfect time, they could tell when we needed it! Looking forward to playing the other rooms!
We did two rooms today and had Hayden as game master for one game and Andre for the other. They were both fantastic game masters and great to talk to. I really enjoyed both rooms with inheritance being my favourite. I’m keen to come back to try the other room we missed!

My first experience of an escape room didn't disappoint. Had such a fun time solving all the clues in this high quality escape room. We did the Inheritance room and it had heaps of really clever puzzles for us to crack. Highly recommend this experience.
Even finding the venue was a bit of a challenge, definitely use google to help you find the venue.
My partner and I have completed 2 of the 3 rooms on offer and are excited to try the last one. Staff are friendly, the rooms are fun and challenging, lots of booking times available and a short walk to the main stretch of restaurants in Penrith if you play as part of a night out.
Had the most fun time today, it was our first time doing an escape room and I highly recommend Narrow escape rooms, we played Undetected, and loved it! It was challenging at times but not too hard and really rewarding when we figured it out , Jacinta was amazing! We will definitely be back to play Inheritance next time!
Fabulous escape room!!! We did the “Inheritance” room. The whole experience was so cleverly designed, staying in theme, with puzzles that were entertainingly challenging. We had a group of six that worked well on solving several puzzles at the same time so that we made it out with ten minutes to spare. The room was logically designed with great props that enhanced the experience, and the puzzles were so much fun to work out. Very rewarding. Well done guys!! Can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms. Five stars!!!
Had an amazing time with Danni as our game master for undetected, who set the scene for our room amazingly, the room was super fun and challenging yet still achievable! It was great for us with those who are first timers and also for those who have done it before. It was not our first tine at this venue, Highly recommend and will be back again!
Narrow escape rooms hosted social night for my youth group of 15 kids spread across all three of their fun rooms. Shelley and the team were very accomodating helping out our big team, most of which were new to escape rooms and they made things so easy for us. All smiling faces walking out discussing the puzzles and they are keen to come back! Thanks again 🙂
My husband and I completed inheritance room. I have to say, this was one of the best escape rooms we have done by far! So much thought and detail has been put into the puzzles and so different to any other we have played. Amazing room! Wish there were more out there like this. Highly recommend!
We went last night as a group of 4 and did the launch room. It was such a fun experience with everything well thought out. We managed to escape the room (with a few clues) and can't wait to come back to try the other two rooms! Our host was also very friendly and welcoming.
We had a lot of fun! We did the Launch room, and at first it looked really simple. I made the incorrect assumption that it would be easy, but we only made it out with 1 minute and 4 seconds left. There was also a big whiteboard to help us write everything down, which was very useful. Fantastic experience and great staff!!
This place was so gooood. I was late and our game guide Jesse was simply awesome. Such a good place to make your kind tick. I went with 2 of my young daughters and we managed to escape with 6 minutes up our sleeves. Such a good family bonding session. Keep up the great work.
Great escape room! We come from WA and usually like to do an escape room when we go on holidays, we had done about 4 escape rooms before this including one in Bali, NZ, Fremantle and Perth with this one in Penrith being our 5th. This was one of the best escape rooms out of our previous and loved the unique puzzles. We had a bit of struggle finding the place but the employees sure helped us on the phone. We chose to do undetected as it sounded quite cool and gave ideas of being a hacker. Our guide got very into character with the riddle at the start and sure congratulated us with finishing in five minutes to go,very friendly staff. An extra addition which we had never seen before in an escape room was that they mentioned if we went over time we were allowed to continue to see the end , that was nice although we didn’t have to use it. Our guide also knew whatever hints to say when we needed it , loved the escape room!! Had loads of fun 🤩
Super fun escape room! A great experience that can accommodate lots of people without leaving half your mates twiddling their thumbs. There is always something to solve! The owners were polite and passionate, they designed their escape rooms and were super eager to answer any questions we had on their work, would happily return to complete all escape rooms and recommend to friends and family.
The staff was lovely and informed us well, and the escape rooms were cleverly designed. We had a group of people and they accommodated us and our needs and we ended up booking 3 rooms. The game I played was "Launch" and we really enjoyed it. Overall, it's a great place to go with your friends and if you've never been here, it is well worth checking out!
My group did the inheritance room and the Narrow Escape Rooms. It was so much fun! The age ranges we had were 14-33 year old. Everyone was able to participate and contribute to solving the puzzle. Highly recommend!
Amazing!!! My daughter wanted an escape room experience for her 11th birthday. None of the participants had ever done an escape room experience before. We felt very welcome right from the start. Everything was explained to us in great detail before we started. The experience was so much fun and the kids are still talking about it now, hours later and can’t wait to return to do another experience!!

Some of the best escape rooms I have done so far! Very well planned out room with unique puzzles. Everything is connected perfectly so there isn’t much mix up between things. And even if you do get stuck, the games master are monitoring your progress so they know exactly what help to give you without telling you too much. The games masters, Craig, Dani and Ben were such good guides and they were super friendly before during and after the games. We did all three rooms and enjoyed every single one of them. If a new room opens you best believe we will be there! Overall it’s quite evident that Narrow escape is owned and run by people who really care about the customers experience! Had such a great time!! My wife and I did the undetected room. The puzzles were so interactive and fun. By far a lot better than other escape rooms we have done which were too paper heavy and not enough physical involvement. We will be booking the launch room again for next month. The staff were so welcoming aswell such a great team of people working there. Awesome experience and only narrowly escaped!
We did Launch and loved it so much we booked in Inheritance straight after! Shelly was very friendly and welcoming and made the game great fun! The rooms were put together really well and had a good variety of puzzles. We’ll be back again soon to try Undetected!
Me and my family did the ‘Launch’ escape room, which was incredibly fun. It was very well thought out and engaging without being overly difficult, and Aidan who helped us out was very well timed with clues! All round amazing experience, would come back again
I did the Inheritance room with my sister at Narrow Escape Rooms and had the best time! Lots of puzzles to solve, we only just made it out in time! Andre was a great host - friendly and knew when we really needed a clue. Make sure you book in advance. We went on a Sunday and it was easy to find parking on the street. Escape rooms are lots of fun and the Inheritance room was fantastic!

We had a great time doing UNDETECTED. This ended up being one of our favourite escape rooms ever, was very well designed and built. Aidan was a superb great host and was kind enough to take some photos for us afterwards and discuss the room and its history and ideas behind it.
What a great experience, admittedly I have only been to a few different rooms but this was a really good immersive experience. Tahlia (apologies if I spelt that wrong) was fantastic got right into the role and took the part of agent red well within her stride. They were very helpful, relaxed and confident when talking us through the rules and intricacies, would definitely recommend only thing was i didnt notice a lift (i didnt look very hard) but took me a while to get up the stairs as I need a walking stick but had plenty of time and a sturdy rail to rest and keep going.
It was our whole groups first time doing an escape room and we had a blast! Dayna was a fabulous host from the moment we arrived and made the experience such that we will definitely be back to do the other rooms. Came in for my son's birthday as he'd wanted to do an escape room for a while, this was our first but definitely won't be our last. Just hard enough to be a challenge however still managed to complete it (with a few tips)

The room was awesome, challenging enough but still able to be completed within the time frame. Hayden was awesome, really getting into character and helping where needed!
The Inheritance escape room is amazing! So fun and managed to just escape without any hints. Our gamemaster Jacinta was amazing and gave us a really good debrief afterwards. Definitely recommend!
This was my first ever escape room and I had so much fun. The way everything was set up was so cool and the staff were also really friendly and explained things well.
First time playing an escape room, tonnes of fun. The host Jacinta was great, polite and informative. Played inheritance, finished with 25 seconds remaining, some clues needed. Definitely worth a future revisit for the other rooms.

So awesome! Tahlia was our game master and she did a really good job, she was funny as the agent and she was as good with the clues. We’ve done two of their games now just have 1 to go. Definitely recommend for a date or to do with family!
Great fun! From the moment we walked through the door our game master Dayna was wonderful. She was upbeat and fun getting through all the introductory stuff.
We did Undetected and were lucky to escape with 6 minutes to go. Was good fun and hoping to go back and try inheritance soon .
One of the best escape rooms I’ve been to. Andre and Dana were our escape masters and very helpful, friendly and really made it an unforgettable experience. Perfect for both rookies and experienced escape masters. 10/10 recommend.
Our game master Danni let us solve the puzzles without stepping in to much which honestly was much better then having them reveal to us-so if your the boss reading this buy her a PS5🫶 she deserves it!
We did the Inheritance, which was a fun puzzle to find out dead aunt’s will. We did go overtime but just by a bit 😀
The puzzles were so satisfying to solve and the reveals were surprising and unexpected!
Andre was such a great game master! He explained every thing so clearly and gave us helpful clues without giving anything important away and making it too easy.
I played the escape room Launch and it was a really fun game, I had Jacinta as my guide and she is a very wonderful person and helped us with anything we needed!! She really put us in the mood for the game and I recommend for anyone who hasn’t played an escape room before
Been around the area for a long while and only when my friends and I were planning an outing did I find out about this place for the first time; but were glad to be doing an escape room with these guys!
We got to play the Inheritance room and it was a well-designed room that the puzzles given, whilst can be overwhelming, getting to untie the knot with your friends felt satisfying & rewarding to solve. It being labelled the most difficult room and being in a group of 4+ people, the room gave many moving parts which had each of us to contribute & solve to the best of our abilities that no person felt left out to dawdle around with nothing to do.
Massive shout out to Jacinta, the gamemaster we had for the afternoon! She was an amazing guide, thorough instructor, and a well-woven conductor for the experience; from introducing the room's narrative and being a pleasant adviser when we were stumped in needing hints whilst not giving too much away.

I’ve now done two of the rooms here. I accidentally booked the wrong day, they were super accommodating and allowed us to reschedule our booking for the day we showed up! Andre was extremely helpful when we got stuck and was overall a fantastic game master!
Had a blast completing the launch room. This was our first time at narrow escape rooms and we cant wait to come back! The themes and room displays were nicely done and our game master, Aiden, was friendly and professional throughout offering us the right amount of clues and encouragement. Would highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I did the launch room and it was heaps of fun! Our host Jacinta made it very enjoyable. She was super friendly and gave us the extremely handy clues that we very much needed a couple times!
Update: Completed “Launch” with 2 people with 3 mins to spare. Really liked the range of puzzles and flow of the gameplay. It was a well-thought out room and had some fun references. The game master Andre was great and his hints were more directing our attention to something rather than giving us any answers or explaining how to solve a puzzle. Really enjoyed the room and would recommend!
Original review: We played the “Undetected” room with 4 people. It was sci-fi themed and had a lot of creative puzzles. We had a lot of fun figuring them out! The game was a little short as we got out in just under 45 minutes, it would have been nice if there were a few more puzzles to solve, though we had done around 10 other escape rooms before so it may take longer for other groups.
Dayna was a great game master and explained the rules and the story very well.
Found the escape room online and really enjoyed our experience. Did the launch game and all kids enjoyed it. Team work is key! We beat all the codes within seconds of time running out, what a thrill to work under pressure! Great instructions always help. Thank you Jacinta and team!
Did the Inheritance room. With a 30 something percent success rate was ready for a challenge (and slightly worried we would fail) but the puzzles flowed well together and we smashed it. Really clever mechanisms and multiple puzzles being able to be completed at the same time allowed us to divide and conquer then come together for others.
Andre was an amazing game master. Really knows his stuff and is very passionate about the rooms and puzzles / games overall.

Went here to do undetectable for my dads birthday and it was loads of fun! Tahlia, our game master, was great in immersing us in the storyline of the room and giving us clever hints when asked.
I took my 8 year old daughter here for her first ever escape room, and we had an absolute blast playing the Undetected room. Dayna did an amazing job as our game master, and made it a super fun and memorable experience for my daughter (which is great for me, as I’m sure to have a very willing escape room buddy from now on). The room itself was brilliant too, you can really tell that it has been put together by people who love escape rooms (and sci fi movies :)). Easily rates up there amongst the best rooms in Sydney, and I’ll be keen to come back and give the other rooms a go.
Brilliant time! Andre was a fantastic game leader and the hidden clues were a lot of fun. Just squeaked in the escape with under to minutes remaining. So much fun!
The puzzles were fun and challenging. We had a group of six which was 2 too many for the rooms. My husband and I had done an escape room before so we were happy to sit back and watch the others try and work it out. We would def go back there again but only in a group of 4.
Tania our host was great. And totally played the part of team red. Was lots of fun and our guests we took wanted to do another one.

We had an amazing time at Narrow Escape Rooms in Penrith! The puzzles were challenging yet so much fun, and the attention to detail in the room design was incredible. Our host, Andre, was fantastic—he was friendly, engaging, and really set the tone for a great experience. He made sure we felt supported without giving too much away. Did the Inheritance escape room recommended for 4 people but did it with myself and 1 other and to my surprise, completed the room ( going over time by 5 minutes but still ). The puzzles were difficult but we got there only asking for 1 clue only. The puzzles were difficult but great to solve and we had a great ton of fun exploring and the host was super lovely, welcoming and wonderfully helpful and very good at explaining everything we needed to know clearly and was overall a wonderful help and warm personality. Would recommend 10/10 and would love to come back again. Please promote the lady on host, she was awesomeeee.

Yesterday I accompanied my niece for her 10th birthday party. Wow! What an experience. The host was kind, engaging and very supportive when it came to a younger age group. Guiding them as needed but ensuring they still had to solve the clues themselves. The excitement that they felt as they got through each door and accomplishing tasks. It was a fantastic experience. Still very challenging as an adult. Can't wait to go back!
This was lots of fun! I've done a couple of escape rooms in the past, and the room my group and I played in (Launch) was great as well. I loved that we got unlimited hints, and Dayna's hints were very helpful.
Had a great time at the inheritance room with our game master Andre! He was quite funny while introducing us to the rules and the room and during the room we needed a hint but he gave it in a subtle way that guided us and didn’t give anything away too obviously.
The room was fun and a little silly in a way. I have done a lot of escape rooms before so I found this room wasn’t super super hard, but still provided a good challenge and problem solving.
This was fun! We did the 'Undetected' room, which was a good theme with lots of science/tech pop culture references. The puzzles were just hard enough that it made us think, but not too hard that we lost interest. Staff were friendly and supportive.

Inheritance room is a multi linear room with a range of puzzles. Super fun and interactive with varying difficulties of puzzles. They offer some unique room experiences. We were taken care of by Gamesmaster Andre who explained the room very well. (Group of 5 with mixed levels of experience).
Celebrated my 35th birthday today with my nearest and dearest kicking ass in the Inheritance room. Jacinta was an amazing game host! Will definitely be back to experience the other rooms again soon!

I had such an awesome experience today inside of the launch escape room. Andre made the experience enjoyable and helped us along the way when we were completely stumped. We will be booking in again for the undetected room.
Undetected was a heap of fun. Nice logical puzzles but plenty of whimsy and Easter eggs too - and some genius adaptive difficulty to make it fun for all groups. These guys know what they're doing and they do it well.
I came back for my birthday and did both launch and undetected, had such an amazing time and both Aidan and Hayden were amazing and so informative, if you guys had more rooms I'll definitely come back
Undetected was brilliantly themed, a few geek Easter eggs too! Each puzzle was different so it didn’t at all seem repetitive and some of the high tech ones were awesome! Thank you Jacinta for adding to the theme and giving us a small push in the right direction when we got stuck.
Family escape experience. Puzzles were well designed and engineered. Challenging but logical, helped by an insightful and friendly Game Master made it more enjoyable. We did Inheritance and will be back for the other rooms.

We were able to save the world while indistinguishably yelling and singing Hamilton for 55 minutes straight while wishing death on the French and our game master hadden was amazing
Was an incredible experience, our game master Hayden went along with our jokes and put up with our bull, as four teenage's we sang, yelled and cried at each other didn't understand Morse code and dressed up as army men, we painstakingly sang Hamilton and Hayden joined in. After yelling about bombing the French when we got out at 6 mins left, an amazing experience can't wait to do it again. Thanks hayden for a amazing experience!!

All though just the 2 of us me and my wife had a great time doing Inheritance, it was my wifes 2nd but my 1st time so i really wasnt sure where to start, and although challenging and a fair few clues were given we really enjoyed the puzzles! 100% will be back to do the other 2
Had a great experience this past Saturday. I believe we did the Launch escape room. Danni who explained the process for us as first timers was clear, concise and very warm and welcoming. The puzzles were great and really made you think. We had 6 people in our group and each person was able to play a part to finish the job as there were plenty of clues/puzzles to solve to keep you engaged for the entire time you’re in there. The effort put in by the owners to really submerse you into the escape room is outstanding. 5 Stars

Never completed an escape room previously and immediately upon arrival Dani was welcoming & explained the process thoroughly. But, my god, what a mind f&&k of a game. Got there in the end with almost 13 minutes to spare & no hints. Thank you Dani again, you were great!
Had an absolute blast at narrow escape! My family and I did the launch room to warm up then we did inheritance as a challenge. We needed a couple of hints during launch but we had found our feet once we were up to inheritance. Danni was such a good game master and really enhanced our experience! Would definitely recommend.
We had such a great day, we had kids from 7-14 in age and all had a ball. Dayna was just awesome, her set up of the Undetected room as ‘Red’ & her fun nature really set the tone for such a great experience. We will be back for sure!
We had so much fun doing Inheritance at Narrow Escape Rooms. Challenging puzzles, a mix of different types and it was perfect for a family of 5 to work in as a team. Jacinta was a fantastic games master and gave us a great breakdown of how we did.

I've been wanting to go to Narrow Escape Rooms for months! We finally came in to play 'Undetected' and had an unforgettable experience! Our Game Master Andre, gently guided us when we were too stubborn to ask for clues - he must have have been relieved when we finally got our act together 🙂

Our group did the Undetected escape room and it was lots of fun! Andre was an excellent game master and made our day really enjoyable! The room wasn’t super overly difficult but it also wasn’t too easy. If you’re looking for something fun to do with mates I would totally recommend!

Hadn't done an escape room for a number of years. Came here for a birthday celebration and what a lot of fun we had. Jacinta was our mission boss and was great in giving us the brief before we started our mission. This was a whole lot of fun and the team are already wanting to come back and do another one. We did the inheritance. Fun room. Has a bit more of a home made feel than others, but better puzzles and stories than some more commercial rooms. The games master Jo maybe Jake) was friendly and the one hint he gave didn’t give the puzzle away but pushed us in the right direction. Recommend!
Probably the best escape rooms I've been to! We did Launch and it was challenging enough to pick our brains but not impossible, all of my teammates including beginners and veterans to escape rooms loved it. Jake was a great game master and orientated us so well which set us up for success. Would definitely do it again if I'm in the area!
Dani was an awesome game master and made sure our first escape room experience was a memorable one. We narrowly missed our one hr time limit but our mission was accomplished in 5 mins of extra time. Very clever game and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves… we’ll be back to try another room in the near future

Honestly an amazing escape room, super challenging but super doable. Can’t wait to go back again and do the other two puzzles. Hayden especially made it an amazing time as he explained everything so well, helped us whenever needed, and you can tell he is extremely passionate and really enjoys what he does, thus making the experience even better.
Great time even though we didn’t finish on time. Still had a lot of fun. Dani was really helpful when we asked for hints and made us feel welcome. She also appreciated our weird jokes.

We did the Undetected room and it was a decent amount of difficulty, not too hard but not easy either! Perfect for an Escape room. Our room master Hayden did an excellent job explaining the rules and answering our questions!

The wife and I did Launch today. Our game master Jacinta was fantastic! She is extremely passionate about what she does and we all had a great talk afterwards about other experiences. Can't wait for another room by Narrow Escape Rooms as we've finished all 3 now. Feel really silly for the one clue we needed.. doh!

Had my first escape room experience on the weekend as part of kids birthday activities. While we narrowly exceeded the time limit, all 5 of us had a great time finding clues and solving the puzzles. Our host, Jacinta was exceptional and happy to answer any of our questions and offer hints, making for an overall fantastic experience. Very happy to come back sometime to try out one of the other rooms on offer.

This was our initial visit to Narrow Escape Rooms and our team was thoroughly impressed. Shelley was nothing short of amazing, welcoming us in and spending ample time chatting with us before and after completing The Inheritance. The room's design was exceptional. The flow was seamless and we encountered a variety of puzzles, some of which were entirely new to us, adding a refreshing twist to the experience.
First ever escape room, it was very fun. Did the undetected escape room, very cool, really made you think and solve puzzles. Can’t wait to come back! Had an amazing GM Danni! Really played the roll of Red greatly.
First experience in an escape room with my 10 year old daughter. So tricky but call out ‘Red’ and Danni was kind enough to move us along with a nifty clue. A fair few clues later we began to get the gist of things. We didn’t quite get there, an hour travels pretty fast and time got the better of us. Never mind though, we’ll be back.
The Launch room at Narrow Escape Rooms was a good introduction to escape rooms for me and my family (including kids aged 16 and 13). Andre was a great host and the puzzles weren’t too easy or too hard. We finished 9 mins within the hour limit with only one hint from Andre. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Would go back to try another room.
Great rooms, both inheritance and undetected are well made, intuitive puzzles. Keen to finish the series with launch! Shout out to our Game master Jesse aka Red for the immersive experience.
We (two adults and two teens) have now completed two of the escape rooms and both have been excellent. Both times we have had a great time and both Andre and Dayna were great hosts who explained the process so we were confident to launch right into saving the world from an alien invasion (Launch) and steal a groundbreaking piece of technology (Undetected). The rooms and the clues are really well thought out. Not too easy or too complicated. Would definitely recommend and plan on going back to do the final room.
Excellent fun, the undetected room was surprising technology, with great 80s, 90s and 00s memorabilia. We made it thru with no hints and 5 minutes spare, it was great!
Only a really special place can give you an extra 10 minutes and still make you feel like you did it in record time. Thank you so much guys, 9nly sad part is I can't do it again for the first time!
Came for a valentines date and had the best experience with amazing customer service from Jacinta. She was very polite and helped us get through the puzzles would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try !

The games were good fun and some of the puzzles were quite challenging. I would definitely recommend. Our Game Master Jacinta was super informative and sweet without giving too many obvious clues. Overall a great activity for a late night out in Penrith.
Amazing experience. We're definitely coming back again. We did the undetected escape room and our game master, Jacinta, gave us plenty of space to work out the puzzles on our own and helped us when we were stuck, even letting us finish the puzzle on our own when we went into overtime.
Jacinta ran our escape room of five and it was so much fun! We really didn't think we would make it out but with 2 clues we got there with a lot of screaming and arguments. Thank you!
The puzzles were satisfying to complete. I really like the variety of challenges having locks as well as different mechanical puzzles to unlock. We used a few clues and liked how the clues gave guidance yet sparked a thought of how to solve the problem instead of just giving the answer. We had Hayden as a host and never met someone so informative and passionate about being a game host. It really lifted the experience.
We did the Launch room on our boys buck's night and had an absolute blast! Jacinta was a great host and inflated our egos when we smashed our first room together! Definitely recommend!

We did the inheritance room and had so much fun! Staff are really helpful and explain everything very simply before you enter so you don’t waste time. We did it with only two people and came so close to finishing but staff were kind enough to give us extra time. Will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

Hayden was amazing at making the escape fun but not too easy. Had an awesome time in the launch room. 10/10 would go again to try the other rooms they offer
Isabelle was our GM for the game which was Launch we did manage to escape and had lots of fun, she was great as GM. Shelly the owner, was our 2nd GM on the same day, for a challenge we did inheritance, which was difficult but we were given an extra 10mins to finish as we were really close, she was lovely and chatty. Danni was very helpful and also chatty too even if we didn't have her as a GM!
First time ever doing an escape room - party of 2 and we played the undetected room 5/5 - very interactive and challenging. Our game master Danni was the bees knees, friendly and explained everything clearly during introduction & clue giving - highly recommend
I had a great time doing the 'Launch' room with my family. It took lots of thinking power but not un manageable for our first ezcape room attempt. Isabelle, our host, was very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend Narrow Escape Rooms as an exciting, interesting and family friendly afternoon activity. Well done. Danni was our GM and she was excellent! Helped us with a clue, but gently, when we overlooked a step. We did Launch the beginner's game, and found it challenging and fun. Super interactive and engaging set design.

Gosh what a fantastic experience!! It was high energy, interactive and just a fun time! I went with my work colleagues for our Christmas party and I would do it again in an instant!! I had Jacinta as my groups room master and she was lovely, she was helpful, insightful, and very kind. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone who’s looking for a fun place to get the brain going and the laughs high!
The team was very friendly and the Launch room was challenging but very enjoyable, especially for our first ever escape room. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you’re interested in escape rooms or like puzzles.

My daughter had a great day celebrating her 12th birthday at Narrow Escape rooms Danny was amazing friendly person and very patient with the girl's. She helped out when ever she saw them going off task.
We completed the Undetected room with 3 whole minutes to spare and we loved it! Andre was an awesome game master and the room props were the best! We have completed 2 out of the 3 rooms here and will be back for the last one! Great night out.
Had a great time holding our work team building session today at narrow escape rooms. The booking process was very easy thanks to Shelley who was extremely helpful and accomodating. We were spread out between all 3 rooms and had so much fun. Thank you to all 3 game masters for making our time enjoyable! I would highly recommend this place!
I had been thinking about taking going to the Narrow Escape Rooms with my boys but wasn't sure how they would go. I had the opportunity to go with a friend and our boys and it was amazing. They were really into solving the clues and it kept them occupied the whole time. It is a great way to teach team work and communication as this is necessary to solve the clues. The boys had a great time and we will definitely come back to try a different room. Thank you for an awesome experience.
I played undetected for my friend's birthday and had an absolute blast! Staff are all SO friendly and patient with our antics, and go above and beyond to explain what we did well and go through things we didn't all get. Loved the experience so much I even got a job here🤘 Best escape room out there and an excellent asset to penrith's entertainment

Honestly so much fun. Booking was simple and quick to do, the staff member that we had run us through the intro to Undetected was fantastic (Jessie really set the mood). The theme was lots of fun and the puzzles were the right amount of challenging and rewarding. One of the best escape rooms I have ever done. It’s easy to tell that Narrow Escape Rooms love what they do!

This is our 4th time attending Narrow Escape Rooms (I’ve done one room twice!). The Undetected room was great and did not disappoint. It was the only room we managed to escape within the hour. Shelley was a pleasure to deal with when booking. Our host Andre was wonderful and got in character really well. Highly recommend these escape rooms. They are great!

Having tried escape rooms in the city and Parramatta, we were highly impressed with Narrow Escape Rooms at Penrith. The quality of the design, the styling, the attention to detail and the technology made it one of the best escape rooms we have played. 'Inheritance' was challenging with lots of puzzles and interactive items, but also very fun and entertaining. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. Shout out to Hayden our Game Master for making our experience even better. We will definitely be back!
INCREDIBLE ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE. We did Undetected and Inheritance back-to-back. The production value of these rooms is phenomenal. We’ve done over a dozen escape rooms and this was by far the best.
Did Undetected Sunday night. The staff were simply awesome. The room was fun, despite being warned we did not search rooms properly lol. But we did make it out with 8 minutes to spare. Definitely recommend this place and keen to come back.
My husband and I did all 3 rooms at Narrow Escape. Each one had great puzzles and concepts which were challenging but enjoyable at the same time. I hope to see more rooms in the future and we will definitely be there to support.
Highly recommend. Shelley went above and beyond letting us check out the rooms and see if they were a good fit for the kids. We then arrived with 7 VERY excited, loud 14 year old boys. Staff were absolutely amazing and so patient with all the excess energy. Hayden was the game master and when the boys came out they all gave him a huge group hug. He made the night so much fun for them. We’ll definitely be coming back as the boys want to try the other rooms as well as us adults having a night out. Thanks for making my sons party incredible guys.

Played the undetected room, the room was pretty challenging and really fun! The staff were great and gave us clue at the perfect time, they could tell when we needed it! Looking forward to playing the other rooms!
We did two rooms today and had Hayden as game master for one game and Andre for the other. They were both fantastic game masters and great to talk to. I really enjoyed both rooms with inheritance being my favourite. I’m keen to come back to try the other room we missed!

My first experience of an escape room didn't disappoint. Had such a fun time solving all the clues in this high quality escape room. We did the Inheritance room and it had heaps of really clever puzzles for us to crack. Highly recommend this experience.
Even finding the venue was a bit of a challenge, definitely use google to help you find the venue.
My partner and I have completed 2 of the 3 rooms on offer and are excited to try the last one. Staff are friendly, the rooms are fun and challenging, lots of booking times available and a short walk to the main stretch of restaurants in Penrith if you play as part of a night out.
Had the most fun time today, it was our first time doing an escape room and I highly recommend Narrow escape rooms, we played Undetected, and loved it! It was challenging at times but not too hard and really rewarding when we figured it out , Jacinta was amazing! We will definitely be back to play Inheritance next time!
Fabulous escape room!!! We did the “Inheritance” room. The whole experience was so cleverly designed, staying in theme, with puzzles that were entertainingly challenging. We had a group of six that worked well on solving several puzzles at the same time so that we made it out with ten minutes to spare. The room was logically designed with great props that enhanced the experience, and the puzzles were so much fun to work out. Very rewarding. Well done guys!! Can’t wait to come back and try the other rooms. Five stars!!!
Had an amazing time with Danni as our game master for undetected, who set the scene for our room amazingly, the room was super fun and challenging yet still achievable! It was great for us with those who are first timers and also for those who have done it before. It was not our first tine at this venue, Highly recommend and will be back again!
Narrow escape rooms hosted social night for my youth group of 15 kids spread across all three of their fun rooms. Shelley and the team were very accomodating helping out our big team, most of which were new to escape rooms and they made things so easy for us. All smiling faces walking out discussing the puzzles and they are keen to come back! Thanks again 🙂
My husband and I completed inheritance room. I have to say, this was one of the best escape rooms we have done by far! So much thought and detail has been put into the puzzles and so different to any other we have played. Amazing room! Wish there were more out there like this. Highly recommend!
We went last night as a group of 4 and did the launch room. It was such a fun experience with everything well thought out. We managed to escape the room (with a few clues) and can't wait to come back to try the other two rooms! Our host was also very friendly and welcoming.
We had a lot of fun! We did the Launch room, and at first it looked really simple. I made the incorrect assumption that it would be easy, but we only made it out with 1 minute and 4 seconds left. There was also a big whiteboard to help us write everything down, which was very useful. Fantastic experience and great staff!!
This place was so gooood. I was late and our game guide Jesse was simply awesome. Such a good place to make your kind tick. I went with 2 of my young daughters and we managed to escape with 6 minutes up our sleeves. Such a good family bonding session. Keep up the great work.
Great escape room! We come from WA and usually like to do an escape room when we go on holidays, we had done about 4 escape rooms before this including one in Bali, NZ, Fremantle and Perth with this one in Penrith being our 5th. This was one of the best escape rooms out of our previous and loved the unique puzzles. We had a bit of struggle finding the place but the employees sure helped us on the phone. We chose to do undetected as it sounded quite cool and gave ideas of being a hacker. Our guide got very into character with the riddle at the start and sure congratulated us with finishing in five minutes to go,very friendly staff. An extra addition which we had never seen before in an escape room was that they mentioned if we went over time we were allowed to continue to see the end , that was nice although we didn’t have to use it. Our guide also knew whatever hints to say when we needed it , loved the escape room!! Had loads of fun 🤩
Super fun escape room! A great experience that can accommodate lots of people without leaving half your mates twiddling their thumbs. There is always something to solve! The owners were polite and passionate, they designed their escape rooms and were super eager to answer any questions we had on their work, would happily return to complete all escape rooms and recommend to friends and family.
The staff was lovely and informed us well, and the escape rooms were cleverly designed. We had a group of people and they accommodated us and our needs and we ended up booking 3 rooms. The game I played was "Launch" and we really enjoyed it. Overall, it's a great place to go with your friends and if you've never been here, it is well worth checking out!
My group did the inheritance room and the Narrow Escape Rooms. It was so much fun! The age ranges we had were 14-33 year old. Everyone was able to participate and contribute to solving the puzzle. Highly recommend!
Amazing!!! My daughter wanted an escape room experience for her 11th birthday. None of the participants had ever done an escape room experience before. We felt very welcome right from the start. Everything was explained to us in great detail before we started. The experience was so much fun and the kids are still talking about it now, hours later and can’t wait to return to do another experience!!

Did 2 rooms here for my birthday. All of us had a great time. The puzzles were interesting and a good challenge and had everyone still talking about them later in the night.
Some of the best escape rooms I have done so far! Very well planned out room with unique puzzles. Everything is connected perfectly so there isn’t much mix up between things. And even if you do get stuck, the games master are monitoring your progress so they know exactly what help to give you without telling you too much. The games masters, Craig, Dani and Ben were such good guides and they were super friendly before during and after the games. We did all three rooms and enjoyed every single one of them. If a new room opens you best believe we will be there! Overall it’s quite evident that Narrow escape is owned and run by people who really care about the customers experience! Thanks for the great time 🙂
Had such a great time!! My wife and I did the undetected room. The puzzles were so interactive and fun. By far a lot better than other escape rooms we have done which were too paper heavy and not enough physical involvement. We will be booking the launch room again for next month. The staff were so welcoming aswell such a great team of people working there. Awesome experience and only narrowly escaped!
We did Launch and loved it so much we booked in Inheritance straight after! Shelly was very friendly and welcoming and made the game great fun! The rooms were put together really well and had a good variety of puzzles. We’ll be back again soon to try Undetected!
